Toni was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. After graduating high school, she started as a retail associate where she quickly climbed the ladder to assistant general manager in sales and marketing due to her student mentality. During this time, she continued her education and received her diploma as a certified luthier and a personal trainer. She also tried bartending and started her own cake decorating business. Her motto is, “if you don’t know it, learn it.”

In pursuit of bigger challenges which would allow her to grow personally and professionally, she found what she was looking for at MTE Consulting Group. Upon working with the CEO, Joel Enges, it was evident that she and Joel shared a mutual spirit of work ethic and drive for the company. 

When she is not working, Toni enjoys painting, photography, and visiting historical landmarks. She currently resides with her cat, Jack, from which she rescued from a life of crime in the streets.
